We’re so happy to see you…safely!
With restrictions now lifted across the UK, we want to make sure you have a safe and comfortable visit to us.
You will see that we have kept the screen around our counter. Our staff may occassionally wear face coverings, in busy times, or in crowded spaces. We are happy for you to wear them, if you wish.
There are hand sanitiser stations throughout the building.
Please respect the space of others. Many of our rooms are large and airy, but our cells in particular were certainly not built for comfort!
Enhanced cleaning of visitor facilities remains in place. Please be aware that we do not sanitise the historic furnishings.
Please be assured that we sanitise all of our audio equipment between uses.
We do love to see visitors, but please do not visit if you feel unwell or have COVID-19 symptoms.
We follow Welsh Government guidelines. These can vary from those in England.
Staff will be happy to talk, if you have any questions.
